Plume was founded by Alice Stephenson, a trailblazer in the legal industry with a bold vision to redesign how legal services are delivered.
Her journey as an in-house lawyer and her time in private practice gave her first-hand experience of the challenges in-house lawyers face. Accessing reliable, day-to-day legal support was a struggle, leaving her juggling backlogs, working long hours, and missing opportunities to focus on the work that made the most impact.
ALICE IS KNOWN FOR HER STRAIGHT-TALKING, NO-NONSENSE APPROACH AND HER ABILITY TO THINK CREATIVELY TO DELIVER REAL VALUE TO CLIENTS.
Having seen the inefficiencies and frustrations of traditional legal services, she decided there must be a better way.
